When onboarding your investment property, our property managers organise a thorough assessment to ensure it meets all applicable standards, such as providing sufficient insulation, effective ventilation, draught-stopping, adequate heating and drainage requirements.

 

Don’t worry if you’re not quite sure how it works- our property managers guide you through every step of the way. If your property does not comply, your property manager can either organise the work for you, or we will guide you through the process of upgrading your rental property, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
